Can someone throw a dictionary at this ho? And a short in service on donning gloves

Maybe it will fall open, or better yet, knock her in the head with it. Maybe she will absorb a bit of the English language 2016-10-05-14-36-35

Now this is for everyone who was on the scene.  I’m not a medical professional,  but I,  like most people already knew this. Maybe this video should be shown to MPD, because once the elusive gloves were found, it didn’t seem like they knew how to get their hands into them

The million dollar baby, and the ticking time bomb.

In a previous blog post, the Blogger has outlined the most striking points of the body cam video from the Chris Few/ Jeremy Mardis shooting.

I’d now like to talk a bit about the two officers involved.  They are both charged with the same crime, 2nd degree murder and attempted 2nd degree murder, however things seem to be coming together very differently for these two defendants.

If you remember correctly, Norris Greenhouse jr has been linked to the former fiancé of the victim, Chris Few. In the days immeadiatly following the shooting, Megan Dixon was very out spoken in the media.  She made claims that Greenhouse had been messaging her on Facebook and had even gone to the home she shared with Few at the time.

Chris knew the officer trying to stop him, and he didn’t like him. According to Megan Dixon, her relationship with Norris was minor consisting only of Facebook messages, however members of the community contradicted this story. Many people have spoke out saying that it was common knowledge that Megan was f****** Greenhouse and it had gone on for months.

Below is a partial afidavit from a female named Sally Crawford Labord, giving an account of the events that lead up to the short police chase. fb_img_1475588474695
The question remains, was it coincidence that Greenhouse was in the area to witness the argument? I suppose it could have happened that way, but in all likelihood he was tipped off by Dixon. Norris Greenhouse Jr, broke protocol,  and did not radio disbatch with the reason for the stop. It wasn’t until later in the persuit that he radioed for backup.  Several articles have been published, with interviews from Megan Dixon, stating how it was “all her fault.” Those interviews  stopped when Judge William Bennett imposed a gag order. That gag order has long been lifted, however Ms. Dixon is no where to be found. Rumor in the community is that she served or is currently serving some jail time for drug charges, but this can not be confirmed as of the date of this blog.  Below is a positive drug test for Dixon , approximately month before the shooting. 2e6442dc00000578-3316071-image-m-11_1447368609289

Very convenient that Dixon seems to be out of the picture. She has not been present at any hearings in the case.

Speaking of hearings, on September 28, 2016, pretrial hearings began. The honorable Judge William Bennett presided. It was then that the body cam footage was played in court, and seen by the judge for the first time.

Here is his reaction

“That car was not being used as a deadly weapon at that time,” Mr Bennett said. “I daresay it was not even close to being used as a deadly weapon at that time.”

The Stafford camp filed motions to consolidate the trials- this was denied

They also moved to supress testimony of Stafford’s pattern of abuse on citizens, and indictment for rape. The rape was mysteriously dismissed, and there is no further information about this. The only thing that can be found is that Stafford was ordered to have no contact with the 15 year-old victim.

January 3, 2011 — While arresting a woman, Stafford allegedly threw her in the backseat with her hands cuffed and tased her without warning in the left side of her stomach while she was sitting in the backseat.

July 4, 2012 — While the Fourth of July parade was in progress, a family with a dog suffering from seizures and a stroke says they tried to get across the parade to make it to a veterinarian’s and was told he could not go cross. The officer allegedly yelled at the wife and the husband ran across the street to make it to the vet. The man later called the sheriff’s office to make a complaint against the officer, and was arrested for disturbing the peace. While he was being arrested, Stafford reportedly arrived and asked to arrest the suspect himself and put his handcuffs on him. The man spent the night in jail and later filed a lawsuit. The lawsuit is still pending.

December 2012 — While breaking up a fight between two girls on an Avoylles Parish school bus, Stafford was working for the City of Marksville and allegedly pulled a 15-year-old girls’ arms behind her back and apparently broke it. The girl’s mother filed suit and it’s still open.”

The victims of these incidents testified as to the character of Stafford.  As you can see now, this is why I call him the ticking time bomb. With this record, how could his superiors not think that something even worse was bound to happen?

The state police testified that forensic Lee, 14 of the 18 bullets fired that night could be linked to Stafford’s gun. 4 shells found were linked to Norris Greenhouse. The chief investigator went on to remark that four of the bullets pulled from Jeremy were in fact from Stafford’s gun. The fifth was inconclusive of origin. Do you see where I’m going with this dear reader?

Things seem to be coming together nicely for Mr. Greenhouse, Megan Dixon,  no where to be found,  none of the kill shots can  be linked to him. Looks like a nice little bow is being tied for Greenhouse, while Stafford will go down in flames.  Rightly so for Stafford,  however I fear Greenhouse will get a much lighter sentence. The Million Dollar Baby, with the ADA daddy, and more connections than a landline switchboard, seems to be getting his way.

And the Truth Shall Set You Free… unless you are Greenhouse Jr, or Stafford

Here we go dear readers. The body cam has been released, and the footage is way more heatbreaking than imagined. A late Tuesday night,  in November , Chris Few was pursued by Ward Marshal Norris Greenhouse.  Norris had not called in the reason for the stop, but called for backup minutes later when Chris led him on a short chase. The video footage begins as officer Parnell, of the Marksville Police Department is in his Cruiser arriving on the scene. A white SUV can be seen backing up slowly, and turning perpendicular to the officers already on scene’s cars.  The SUV appears to be  a safe distance from all  police cars.  There is no audio for the first 27 seconds of the video, but as officer Parnell steps from his unit he draws his gun, but doesn’t fire .  When the audio comes on  it is deafening  sirens and a hail of gunfire. An unarmed man, with his hands in the air in surender, is sprayed with 18 bullets from two Marksvile police officers. Eighteen hollow point bullets,  14 of which came from Derrick Stafford and 4 from Norris Greenhouse Jr. Five of those bullets ripped through tiny Jeremy Mardis’s body,  while he sat seat belted into the front seat of his father’s SUV. Chris,  who was hit twice,  slumps over the door,  bloodied and moaning.  Several minutes pass before the officers approach the SUV. One officer, Jason Brouilette can be seen peering in as Officer Parnell, who is the only officer with a body camera turned on, approaches.  It’s very clear from his  gasp and the word “OH” that he sees Jeremy in the passenger seat. Yet, at this point, he turns away from the SUV and returns to where the cars are parked without making any effort to further check on the 6 year old . He whispers “there’s a kid in the car…” to an arriving officers. He continues on to Greenhouse and Stafford, and whispers this to them as well. Greenhouse responds, “don’t tell me that, bro”. Stafford is expressionless. Still it appears no one has checked on Jeremy. Benefit of the doubt : an off camera officer has… but I don’t think so.

The video goes on for just under 14 minutes. At one point three officers are standing at the rear of the SUV, they are discussing the fact that there are two people in the vehicle, one being a “juvenile subject “. In between their words you can hear Chris moaning, at which point he makes the horrific discovery that Jeremy has been shot. His words are, “oh no you shot my little boy in the head”  It is not until around the 8 minute mark, that Sgt. Parnell goes over to the passenger side of the SUV and opens the door. He taps Jeremy on the chest “hey bud, hey bud” he can be heard saying. He then checks for a pulse and returns to the other officers.  Sgt. Parnell asks if they can pull the Juvenile out of the car. The answer he gets is quite distressing. “I don’t want to touch anything until Acadian gets here”,   “But… he has a pulse” Parnell pleads. Now let me digress a bit, from very early on everyone on the scene has been on a search for gloves.  We know there are some present, but the officers seem to have a really hard time keeping track of them and getting their sausage fingers into them. The fumbling begins again, with Chris in the back ground,  on the pavement bleeding. He is still conscious and asks “How’s my little boy?” He never gets an answer. Parnell goes back to Jeremy’s side of the vehicle. The video is blurred, but the blogger assumes that he released Jeremy’s seat belt , and moved him. Something he saw made the officer blurt out “Oh my God”. You can hear him struggle to suppress several gags. He hears over his radio that Acadian is 1097, meaning on scene. This is the point where he decides there is nothing he can do and voices this to another officer.

I have only found one full length video on YouTube and will post that below.
